More About The Female Connector
The female connection type is where the tube fits directly into the filter - like your Salamander Aquamaster.
Our filters accept plastic water tubes a quarter inch ie 6.4 mm outside diameter.
This is the size of the great majority of plastic tubing for water filters including the Salamander.
However if your tube size is different, no problem. We can supply adaptors.Simply let us know either before or after you order.
If you are not sure of your tube size you can simply order the filter now. We will help you sort out the adapters later. They will still be free. We'll send them out immediately. It really is very simple.
