Returning Your Water Filters
If you would like to return your filter it's absolutely no problem at all.
Here's what to do.

2) What to tell us
Please include a note with your NAME and POSTCODE printed clearly.
3) When will you get your refund?
We will refund you for your water filter plus any postage costs within a week or so of return (refunds are usually done on Fridays).
Please note that before returning your item you may want to let us know about any technical issues. We can often solve these easily - it might save you time and effort.
*Please note as per our Terms and Conditions we reserve our right to refuse to pay for the postage return of some "special items" eg high value ones or those few which are sent direct from another supplier.
