Technical Information
Tell us your required Pipework / Tube size
Our filters come with adapters to fit 12mm outside diameter (the most common caravan / boat size). If you need a different size simply tell us which size you want and we will include the adapters in your kit - you only need these adapters sent once - for ongoing use.
You can let us know either before or after you order. If you want to sort out the adapters later please rest assured that we'll send them out immediately. It really is very simple. Simply give us a quick call on 0800 009 6611 or contact us - either now or after you order.

"The instructions say to fit it to copper pipe as used in the domestic plumbing but it is my intention to use the filter in my campervan this requires it to be fitted to 12mm semi rigid plastic tubing.
I followed the instructions and clamped the connector over the plastic pipe then using the T-bar tightened to pierce the tube then wound out to allow water to flow.
I found the flow to be restricted i.e. only a dribble out of the tap,not to be outdone I undid the clamp and inspected the plastic tubing. The hole in the tubing made by the spike looked very small so I reamed it out with a small drill bit this made a big difference to the flow and i am now very pleased with the result.
I know the mobilehome users would benefit from a bit of competition in the water filter market".

"I have just fitted to my boat today,your taste and odour filter kit absolutely brilliant. Easy to install,and very reasonably priced. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the tap supplied in the kit,needs the crew to hold her thumb on it for the duration of filling the kettle,and as this takes a little while when she could be doing something else,she gets a bit annoyed. I do not want a mutiny so I must speak to one of your team,who I must say have been very helpful ,to see if the tap could be upgraded to one that you can turn instead of pressing. I say again what a product,excellent."

The trick is to flick the black lever on the tap UP and flick down to turn off.
