| I recieved the filter within days of ordering it.I have a tendency to forget about things that i cant see (like filters under the sink!) so it was good to get an email reminder and then another email when i forgot to order the filter again!i have been given good advice over the phone too. i feel you provide a good service and have recommended you to other people.
