I chose to replace my standard 5 micron with this 0.5 micron filter after reading more about tap water contaminants in the UK. The original filter did a great job as far as water taste and the new filter has made no noticeable difference to taste - which is positive. There is also no noticable difference in flowrate through the new finer filter which was my only concern in fitting a finer filter. So in short all good and an excellent service from UK water filters as always. Thanks - 3rd filter - Review by Pat
