Technical Information
How it Works
You water is chilled down to 10 degrees C.
As you draw water the tank refills and starts chilling down to 10C again.
(If totally emptied the whole tank would take about 20 minutes to reach 10C again. However if just a glass or three of water is drawn then the replacment water will chill down to 10C again within minutes).
The tank hold 1.8 lites of water which is fine for a regular domestic setting but won't be enough for a busy office.

Machine must stand upright and be used in a ventilated area.
(Air must flow through a vent at the front and a vent at the back)

Two things:
The ventilation requirements of the chiller are quite stringent and difficult to achieve in a typical under-sink location.
The connector on the outlet side of the filter did not seal, but a replacement was sent really quickly. After sales support was good - Great Product - Review by Caretaker
