Great product. As good as Brita inline filters but a fraction of the price. Easy to fit as a replacement for Brita although it does take up a little bit more space. My filter arrived within 24 hours but unfortunately was leaking so I called UK Water Filters, I spoke to Sanjiv who was brilliant and so patient, he talked me through the installation so he could work out what was not working correctly. Once he determined it was the seal around the filter he sent out a new one the same day. This one works great and using UK Water Filters is going to save me a lot of money compared to the cost of the Brita filters. They even contacted me to check the new filter was working properly, a very impressive service.
